How does the free trial work?+
New accounts start with a free 7-day Pro trial that includes 500 credits, and no card is required. The trial includes 5 clean image exports and 1 clean video export; later downloads carry the tday badge. Previews and posts to your social accounts never do. Trial credits end with the trial. When you move to a paid plan you get its monthly credits and new downloads have no watermarks. At expiry you move to Free and keep your assets, brand kit and repo connection. Ask our team for a one-time extension if your launch is later.
Can I try Growth?+
Yes, you can get a free 14-day Growth trial that includes 2,333 credits. Book a call so we can understand your needs and approve your trial. Booking a call or signing up never automatically starts a Growth trial, and its credits end with the trial. Enterprise is a paid pilot agreed with our team.
Is there a watermark?+
Only on downloads from Free. Files you download or export on Free carry a small Made with tday.com badge. Previews in the app and posts you publish to your social accounts never carry it, on any plan, and paid plans download without it.
What is a credit?+
Credits are how usage is counted on every plan. Everything tday makes for you costs a set number of credits, listed above: an image is 10 credits, and a launch video is 25 to 40 credits depending on its length, music included. Your plan adds credits every month, and everyone in your organisation spends from the same balance. You see what an action costs before you start it.
Do I pay for a generation that fails?+
No. Credits are set aside when something starts and only spent when it finishes. If it fails, they go straight back to your balance.
Do unused credits roll over?+
No. Every plan's credits are fresh each billing period, and what you do not use ends with it. Free credits (100 credits a month) refresh every calendar month. Trial credits end when the trial does. Credits we give you outside a plan, for example for a referral, last 12 months.
What happens when I run out?+
It depends on your plan. On Free and Pro, new work waits until your credits refresh, or until you upgrade. On Growth you can go up to 5% over your monthly credits, and that comes out of the next month's. On Unlimited there is no credit limit, under fair use. Enterprise usage is set by your contract and is never paused. We never charge you money for running out. Need more? Move up a plan, or talk to us.
What currency are the prices in?+
US dollars. Prices exclude sales tax, VAT and GST. Where one of those applies to your purchase, it is added on top of the price shown here.
What does Enterprise cost?+
Enterprise is priced with you. Seats, brand kits, credits and support are set by contract, which is why this page publishes no numbers for it. Book a call and we will size it together.
Can I change or cancel a plan?+
Yes. A paid plan renews each billing period until you cancel it, and you can cancel from your billing page at any time. Your plan and its credits stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Moving up gives you the extra credits for the rest of the period straight away; moving down takes effect at your next renewal.
